One of the best metro stores in Azusa great workers very helpful with our issues Adrian is a great employee answered all our questions and helped us with all the issues we had recommended store for sure

They have a friendly attitude, they do know what they’re doing, fast, the 5G works as they promise, I get promotions and savings, thank you T-Mobile (Metro) for all your help.

One person by the name of Yesenia helped me. I’m deaf and need to write to communicate. She was very kind and patient with writing everything out clearly, so I could understand as she helped me get a new phone. She answered all my questions, explained things thoroughly, and got me together with everything I needed (phone insurance, case for the phone, etc.).

Many MetroPCS dealer locations have very rude and impatient employees. This was the 3rd location in the area that I visited; the others had a bad selection of phones AND unhelpful employees. Thankfully, Yesenia at this location was not only helpful, but was also nice while helping me. I’m very thankful.

On 3/3/21 at 1210 PM I Went to pay my bill all i had was 1.00 dollar bills, 85.00 worth she said she can't except that, only 20.00 worth, last I checked that's is considered money, she is lazy just didn't want to count it, so I called they said she should had excepted it which I knew already, so I go to another t mobile, not one question asked about the one dollar bills never go to this one again, She said her name was gabby not to mention another guy working just sitting as i waited in line, horrible
