It's a phone store. It's always outta stock for the items I need. Staff is helpful, but whomever the managers/ owner is is horrible at stocking for the items already sold. Seem like they just want you to upgrade not maintain the expensive phone that you already have.

I like the deal I got on a new phone. The salesperson was very helpful. I went into pay my bill and they were very helpful in helping me solve the problem I was having with my phone.

This is the bad store I have seen in my life, the woman don’t do anything, I don’t know why they have a store, they don’t resolve any problem, and tell to go in the corporation or call Metro, she don’t care for the Costumer!

Never have I been treated so horribly by manager Jessica. Rude and mean. Have been Metro customer ror years because of her I am changing carriers. She is awful on a power trip.

Came in for a port in, took 2 hours. I traded in my phone and the worker said it "wasn't worth anything" even though it was a 3 month old Iphone SE 2 with a cracked screen. After the port failed once he had to re-enter everything in the system and the phone was worth $41 as he said he didn't click that it was "water damaged" by mistake this time. It was never water damaged and he had marked it incorrectly in the system without even looking at the water damage stickers. They made me sign a contract via email on Docusign saying I was getting $41 for my trade in. When it came time to pay, their Point of Sale system put the phone trade in as $41 but it cancelled it out by increasing the price of the phone I was getting for free to compensate for the any trade in value I had. Also, he up charged me $10 for insurance without asking me and I only found out later. All in all, I got a free Samsung phone for porting in for a good deal, but because of the store's unethical management policies they took $51 from me.

What if I had traded in a really expensive iphone 13 worth $200 in trade in value? Do I get nothing for my trade in? Doesn't make sense to me. The manager said "it would be stealing from us if we had to give you money for you buying a phone here, " but it's not because I'm trading in something of value which the company will resell for a lot of profit.

I'll start buy saying I am tuff on my phone's so I'm constantly going through phones on many occasions it will be like 2 or 3 day out from an upgrade or paying less for a phone after the three month period now I've been with this company from about the start of it all how many years total oy God knows not once can I catch a break with them always paying full orulice well about a month ago I went into the store four days before upgrade time due to a broken phone I couldn't go a day without my phone I asked for any possible solution there where none buy the phone full price or go elsewhere in the interim I rode my bike without a lock I tried to bring it in and the worker told me I couldn't we were the only two in the shop I pleaded with her being it was a $2,000.00 bike but she wouldn't budge I put the bike rite at the front door of the glass front store turned to do my buisness and not three minuets later it was gone I was live, d no words can discribed I e developed a strong dislike for the store the hole company for that matter not even an I'm sorry

I just wanted to say that Jessica the store manager was amazing and was a great help. She exhibited exceptional customer service and was nice and knowledgeable of the position! Will definitely return and highly recommend any one looking for a Metro PCS to choose this location.

My experience was worse customer service on the store they don't know how to communicate with the customer and then don't care for the customer

Absolute incompetent sales staff and a predatory policy. Julianna, their manager, recommended a phone based on our very specific requirements. Right after we paid for the phone she admitted that the phone did not in fact have the specific requirement we wanted. Then despite the fact that it was her error she said no refund and we lost our upgrade. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store where you can actually get competent advice from a professional and not a student who is an amateur.

George was the best helper but Jessica help me like no one else. They were amazing and 1,0000 perfect. Appreciate them. Keep them at this store I will be coming back!

I highly doubt that Jessica lied to you, Randy Ranz. I am a regular customer of that store and all their employees always give excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store!
