When I go to the store the girls don't know more that I know about my phone. In fact one time I witnessed them just pushing buttons instead of reading things so I asked for my phone back. This is the worst office I've ever ever ever seen. I worked for a company that sold cell phones and this whole shop would be shut down. Never entrust your phone needs to this store! I only gave them a one star because I had to give them something to leave this review.
