Metro by T-Mobile, San Diego CA

Store manager is a dipsh*t. I went in store to return a phone case & screen protector (didn't get asked if I wanted the protector installed). Couldn't return them because of a restocking fee (would be less than purchased). When asked where does it mention a restocking fee, the associate couldn't show me where it said that.

He completely altered my attitude of anxiety on Friday and Sunday regarding the exact same situation by fixing the problem on both days. I love it I didn't like metro because of the people on imperial Ave but I like this guy he is awesome I was going to say no but he said everyone is different and I'm going to make sure your happy and satisfied and I was exactly that good man Louie was what great customer skills he possess made me and my wife feel real good about our purchases. EXCELLENT Customer Service. Louie has a GREAT Personality, and Great Attitude. He helped me reset my new phone with a lot of patience. Transferring all my information from the old phone to the new one. Louie also put in the new microchip inside new Cellular. We need more Employees like him. I was motivated to buy what I needed. I was THANKFUL and Satisfied with the service. I Gladly will recommend family and friends to go to the store to purchase a phone.

Charges you for SIM cards on top of activation fee. That’s what the activation fee is for, Change that please. Or lower the fee to at cost.
