Stay away from this metro pcs location! Horrible experience! After picking a phone that I liked I was rung up for the transactions and then sent off. I asked the two guys working there if they could help program my phone and he replied, "no! We no longer program phones or help you transfer over contacts to your new phone" Shocking! I wouldn't mind if I was tech savvy but I am an older man and not tech savvy. If I would have known he was not going to help me at least transfer over my contacts I would have went to another metro pcs location! After finding a new metro pcs location I approached the woman working at this location for help and She immediately helped me transfer over all my contacts. Stay away from this location! Unless you want a get a new phone and figure out how to transfer your contacts on your own!

I called the store looking for and Iphone first time they sent me to voice mail then I called like 2min later they answered and the gentlemen had a bad attitude like if I had interrupted tea time between the workers, I asked my questions and he was very short with his answers and ended up being no help at all. To top it off he hung up on me right before I was about to ask another question. Wont be going there or calling again.

I visited this store two times and what I really want to say is that the store clerk, called Vanessa, is so kind and very nice. Actually I have never seen anyone nicer and kinder than Vanessa during my 14-year living in the US when visiting a store of any smartphone carriers. I was really happy with Vanessa's assistance, information and service so I could get what I wanted to get. She deserves to earn this year's best store clerk prize!

TSays the store closes at 8 p.m. I arrived at 7: 30 p.m. And it was already closed. How disappointing.

Vanessa is the best representative to have at this store. Extremely knowledgeable and her customer service goes above and beyond.

This location deserves a five stars due to the employees who are absolutely wonderful and always are going the extra mile to help out with any cell phone needs or problems.
The young beautiful lady Vanessa helped me out today. I have to say her knowledge and her positive attitude is really a delight. I purchased one of the mobile Wi-Fi hotspot devices and like she said it is fast and true to her word it is very fast thanks again

If you ever need awesome assistance, go see Vanessa at the Metro location at 4724 Clairemont Mesa Blvd.after going to 3 locations and on the phone with Metro customer service they had no clue how to help me. I ended up at Clairemont were I finally found someone who totally helped me. Vanessa at Metro you're totally AWESOME!

This site saved me for impotant meeting when building was hudden inside a lg. Mall like place tnat was on 3 corners. My written directons fom staff was backwards. So completly paranoid dentist had to call in to even get into door which had horrible phone tree.that said they would get back in 48 hrs. In my opinion when California stopped wearing maskes to make it mandatory in ones orivate office. Is really pushing it. Any way app saved me from a cancelled appt.

Best costumer service. Got there last minute before they closed and still took the time to assist us. With in minutes we were helped and out the door. In the other place we went in mira mesa they didnt even try to help us at all and we git there at 740pm. Highly reccomend this place.

Needed to move to a new device. Service was quick and efficient. The staff - sorry, did not catch your name, girl - was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Also, great setup for social distancing and keeping staff and customers safe. Store read clean and looked well managed. Thank you.

We arrived just before six pm on 8/21, needing to port a number to a current account. Alexandro was our assistant and he delivered big time. He was patient, especially when having to deal with the "other" cell phone company; he took the time to explain the differences between the phones for my wife; and he helped set up everything she needed to be good to go, out the door, by 630PM. 45 minutes may seem like a lot, but knowing what needed to be done, it was much quicker than expected. Great service all around.
