WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WORKERS DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ITEM THEY SELL AND ARENT MUCH HELP AT FINDING A SOLUTION! THEY SOLD ME A PHONE THAT WOULD NOT CHARGE OR TURN ON! I WENT IN TO GET SOME HELP AND IT WAS LIKE WATCHING BIRDS PECK AT COMPUTER KEYS! ANYWAYS I TOOK THE PURCHASE AS A LOST NOT WORTH GOING IN THERE AND WITNESSING THE CIRCUS SHOW AGAIN OWNER NEEDS REVALUATE WHO HE HAS REPRENTING HIS BUSSINESS! CLEAN HOUSE IF YOU DONT WANT TO CONTUIE TO LOSE CUSTOMER! AND NOT TO MEANTION HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THESE PEOPLE WERE ITS WAS SURREAL CANT DO NOTHING BUT LAUGH
Don't buy a phone from metro they charge to much and won't help you with any problem unless you spend more and more money their employees lie and it's impossible to get any customer service. I'd rate them 0 if I could. WORST SERVICE EVER, EVER.
The young lady really knows her customer service. I wished I could remember her name. I made a comment about her nails. If you go, have her help you. Very helpful.
