Metro by T-Mobile, Oakdale CA

Natesa really knows her stuff about the phones and the service. I have been a Metro customer for over 10 years and she was one of the most pleasant people to have help me out in years. Thank you and I will be returning soon.

Worst service ever if I could give a 0 I would maybe negative the girls there Did not understand the equipment or questions about WPA S pass codes called them back several times no good answers Nothing but dead ends after dead ends. The young manager wanted to upsale you on everything. Just called now the reply is oh come in Monday and talk to the new manager she just keeps passing me off to somebody else again please try and educate your employees better.or you will get more these negative reviews. My wife has been a customer since 1995 and has never had this poor of service.

Jacky was so helpful, she fixed my problem fast, I was in and of the store fast. Very nice, she know the phone metro phones. She is a keeper.

I Went Ina few days ago got a upgrade on my phone. A young lady By the name Vanessa helped me. Kinda out going knows her job. On Sunday today went back in and she helped me with my phone again with the Volume and ringtones. Vanessa helped me she had a great attitude and I really appreciate it.

Today I took my sister to metro T-Mobile on Yosemite in cost less parking lot! We were greeted by a very competent sales consultant, her name is Neidelyn! We had a pretty difficult problem so we let her handle the other customer first and then she dug right into our problem! It didn’t take her very long and she had our problem solved our bill lowered and my sister felt relief from having her problem solved! If you need phone service go to Metro in the cost less shopping center! It’s very stress-free environment and they will take care of you in a very efficient way! My sister is a senior citizen, and this girl explained everything to her in such a patient way I can’t say enough nice things about Neidelyn! Thank you again!

DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE! I don't know if I was being lied to are the clerk didn't know what she was doing or working on commission. She said her cheapest phone (for a child) was $195. I called the location on Oakdale/Briggsmore and got the same phone for $49. Exact same phone!

Excellent. I was having difficulty re-establishing my auto pay for my monthly telephone bill. So I went in & the lady there helped me to do that. She was very nice & I really appreciated the service.
Now I'm all set-up.

This place is a scam and a rip off. I am very unsatisfied with my service, device and accessories (which I did not even ask for nor want to purchase). And was told as I had 7 days to return. So I went in and tried to return them and was told no refunds. Which I the return policy on their counter and it Said different.
