Metro by T-Mobile, Fontana CA

Although we couldn't get the problem fixed tonight, I'm still giving a 5 star because employee that helped me (Javier) was very helpful and gave me the best options to resolve the issue I can do from home

I asked for a new phone, she sold me the cheapest phone with NO book on how to use the phone
I can't do anything with this phone

To top it off she could Not transfer my data from old phone to new phone.
She tells me to go to Best Buy to have

I just switched over and I came in looking for the motorola one 5g phone. Guy tells me they "discontinued " phone and that no other store has it. So I end up getting one he recommended the new a32 Samsung. I told him specifically is it good for gaming. Oh yes yes.phone gets hot and gets out of the app game unexpectedly. Planning on returning the phone. What's worst I called another metro pcs and they said they do carry the motorola phone I was looking for! So dishonest.

No vengan a esta tienda. No son honestos aqué. Si vienen a pedir una cosa te dicen que no la tienen pero vas a otra tienda y si la tienen. Me recomendaron un telephono que no sirve se calienta mucho cuando estoy usándolo. Gasta de tiempo y dinero a ver lo que me van a regresar por ese teléfono

On line it shows that the Metro PCS store closes at 8pm and I arrived at 7: 30 yesterday. The store hours should be updated if they close before 8pm

My new IPhone that I had less than 6 months overheated so I took it to this Metro to get a manufacturers warranty. They claimed I bent my phone by sitting on it while it was in my back pocket but I haven’t even worn anything with back pockets in over 7 years. Evening if it was bent from my back pocket it wouldn’t have made any sense since it was bent vertical and a back pocket would cause a horizontal bend to occur. Asked to get a review from someone who had higher authority and they told me to come back the next day at a specific time to talk to the district manager. Came back the next day at the agreed upon time and the district manager never showed up and the workers told me to come back another day and time. This store is an absolute joke and their workers are literally incompetent because they don’t know the difference from horizontal and vertical. I would rate negative stars if I could because that’s all irrational the workers are.

Love this metro by T-Mobile they have Excellent service and work very fast i Have bought items multiple times and have been very happy with the services.the employees here are super helpful and understanding

Do not go here. Was told by two ladies at the counter that metropcs only allows you to charge up to $300 on your personal credit card. Beyond that amount, you have to finance through metropcs/tmobile.

I called Metropcs customer service and they said they have never heard of this.

Sounds like the store employees get money or a bonus if they open a credit line for customers.
