11I had a really amazing experience coming here and working with, Moe! I was looking for two needles in a haystack (Iphone 13's) Moe was able to find me the last two phones in the area. He picked them up and had them ready when I came by the store. When I came in, he treated me very well and I left very happy! Moe, you're a lifesaver brotha!
This store is not legit. When you call during business hours no one answers. When you leave a voice message no one returns the call. I have literally called about 50 times to no avail. They give receipts with no amounts listed for the items purchased. I only see a charge on my bank statement. Don't waste your time and money on this fraudulent "business ".
I wanted to give 0 stars but it is not possible. There are plenty of T-mobile stores that actually are open during their posted hours. Do not waste your time here. Good luck.
Store always assist me with any issue with my phone. Kelly and Kimberly were helpful and knowledgeable.

I came into the store already prepared on which phone I wanted to purchase. I knew what the total amount would be with the insurance and activation fee and taxes however the employee was charging me an additional $12 and she couldn't tell me where the additional fees were coming from. I asked her if she had any help or had a manager to contact so I can get out of there quickly and she goes to the back of the store and stays there for a few minutes so I didn't have time for her and I had to leave I just don't understand how people can have someone run a store when they're not properly trained
I went yesterday to go get a new phone my gosh Erica is the best customer service I have had with Metro I will continue to come to the store for any special or even not special needs that I need the best thank you so much Erica
I went to upgrade my phone. The girl who was helping me was nice and looked like she was in training which I didn't mind at all but the guy who came over and helped was the store manager Moe and he was so rude to her. As he took over to help her he wave his hand for her to move over like shooing her with his hand. He didn't look very patient or professional and honestly I felt bad for the poor girl. No wonder why metro pcs always has new employees who would stay working there with that treatment. Corporate needs to get on the management to retrain their managers.

Very helpful employees and they take their time to explain everything for you and they give you a big discount on their accessories I was going to get it on Amazon and the made it way cheaper for me.

I came to upgrade my phone and i had best customer service in metro by T-Mobile history, the store was clean the employees were very knowledgeable they answered all my questions and they helped me choose the right phone.
Employees are very friendly and kind will definitely go back to purchase phones with great deals.
Great experience. Needed to buy a phone as mine had broken. Walked in thinking I was going to have to pay over $400 and ended up paying a lot less than that and I got accessories also. Great customer service.
