6Totally felt discrimination when purchasing an new device, I will never step foot in the store after being a customer for over 15+ years.staff was rude and incompetent
I went an update at my phone yesterday and I had a memory chip in my old phone I've 256GB that I purchased on my own I just told her Samantha to put my memory chip in my new phone she did it I called all day today was not able to get through had to go up there and she was rude and just like Harry up and answered before I was able to finish I will never go back and I will never recommend nobody
I been to this location on and off over more than 10 years some workers have been helpful and nice some seem to not know what there doing. They try to do you dirty because they probably don't now how to deal with their stress so they take it on on people by overcharging and lying to there customers. Today Daysi she said her name was but the receipt showed Angelica charged me for an insurance that I didn't want. They wouldn't remove it. Even so call Jonothan said if he removed my insurance they would charge me more. I went to another location they said there shouldn't be a problem removing it since I purchased an upgraded phone. I called customer care and told them what happen and they gladly removed it and even gave me a discount for dealing with this poor trained employees!
Sometimes this store can get very busy. But the professional sales staff handles it well. Depending on when you get there, expect to spend a little time there. And they can be out of stock on certain accessorie items. As a longtime T-Mobile customer I have always been treated with courtesy and respect at this store. I try to use customer care and the App as much as possible.
Metro used to be a great inexpensive cell phone company. They have the best rates and quality service. However now they're like all the rest of the big cell phone carriers.
All I can say is Right time, Right place and RIGHT person (Johnathan) I've lived in three different states and has had MPCS for probably 18 years now.never in my life have I ever had such an amazing experience in the store. He was so helpful and insightful! He also signed me up for a discount that I didn't even know EXISTED! Thank you Jonathan on Slauson and Vermont ️
