A few months ago I went in to purchase the iPhone SE 3rd generation based on one of their advertised promotions where you would get a free iPhone SE 3rd generation when you port in your number. Well, they sold me the older 2nd generation instead. When I realized that they sold me the older phone and tried to return it, they said that they would have to cancel my account and I would lose my phone number in the process. The sales girl (no name tag but she was Hispanic, heavyset, and wearing glasses) was so rude and unwilling to help. I called within the return window but she said the SE 3rd generation was completely out of stock. This sales girl completely misled me and then created a giant headache. I even drove all the way to the corporate store in Long Beach to resolve it but those staff members were completely unhelpful as well. Thankfully I have an amazing credit card and reported this fraud and the credit card company resolved it in no time. I am all for finding deals and am not intimidated by sketchy neighborhoods but in this case what you see is what you get. Avoid this store and this brand at all costs. This store is owned by the same authorized dealer at 11540 Hawthorne Blvd Ste G, Hawthorne, CA 90250 so avoid that one too because they share the same fraudulent business practices. I switched to Mint Mobile and don't care about paying more per month just to be done with this company and the complete lack of customer service.
I was so disappointed with the young lady who helped me at this store she wanted to over charge for my up grade and to say the least I asked her to call another store to see if they had the phone that I wanted samsung A14 I already have two A12 si have been a customer for two years going on three and have never missed a payment so she goes to the back to pretend like she's calling the other store so I can't even here what she is saying or anything she also wanted a deposit of 100.00 dollars I don't think so
