Don't use that store to solve your problems

The two "representatives of this store" are incompetent people, they are not suitable people to work in customer service. I was frustrated because I made a call to Metro to fix the signal on my cell phone, after giving them the ICCID code, an "SOS" sign came out, I contacted again and they asked me to go to the nearest store. The women you see in the video told me that the only solution was to buy a new phone at their store, or bring another cell phone because the problem was with my equipment. I asked him a favor to at least take my phone with his hands and check if it was the configuration or to at least ask me for my number so that he could try to solve something from his computer. But the woman did not make the slightest attempt to see my data in her system or at least recommend that I turn my cell phone off, turn it on. What kind of people did you hire at Metro Mobile? Zero interest rate to solve, zero interest rate to review, zero interest rate for helping me find a solution.
Such a simple solution that they gave me in a matter of 5 minutes in the other nearest store that I found. I want you to see the words with which these women express themselves, I want you to see the attitude with which they wanted to take me out of their store, I even raised my hands to try to attack me. Use words that do not correspond to an educated person. Gentlemen readers, do not go to that store, find another if you do not want to leave there with the worst customer service experience of your lives.

Metro ok for a company that runs by T mobile if I had to rate on a scale of 1 thur 10 I would rate Metro a 4 why? Bad service and there selection of cell are not as good as T mobile.

I was there today to have the service activated on my new phone. That was done; however, the male rep absolutely ignored my inquiry to transfer all of my accounts and data from the old phone to the new one twice. His response was "here's how you can do it home and if you have issues, you can come back and we can help. " I paid for the service transfer and I was being very professional and kind and asked the third time if he can do it. And he said "yeah" and still did not do it. Now I am stuck at home trying to do it but half of my data is lost. I called their store but no one answered. This is absolutely horrible customer service and far from professional. Never going back there again!
