5No employees were there. But the store was open. I see the review from the manager and now I've given you guys numerous chances and spoken to customer service, I'm pretty much tired of having absolutely no customer service through Metro.
Teresa is the best! She can fix your phone or find you a good replacement! Trust me I broke 11 phones in 1 year. She helped me out a Lot!

I went for a plan and they sell you some discount chargers that are supposed to come with the plan and it turns out that you are going to return the charger the same day and that there are no returns
