I had a chubby dude named Juan and his manager Natalie with the freckles, Helped me with my internet problem, Juan explained to me how data speeds worked and how there’s a cap. Natalie gave me really good service and explained my bill, I will be back! I have faith again on Metro!

This is my favorite Metro PCS! They always have great customer service. Natalie, was very helpful. I had some questions regarding to my phone and she was able to answer them all. By far my favorite Metro PCS. I drive from Fullerton to La Habra.
