Went in person today to take off a line. Kay, an employee, went above and beyond to help me in a way that would least impact my credit score. I always appreciate when service workers help out even when it doesn’t directly impact their commission. Give this guy a raise

Omar was very professional and awesome for helping me with my issue I had with my phone fast friendly courteous service resolve the issue in seconds thank you Omar!

The employees here are present, but you have to pay extra at this store for customer service. I was told to hold, then addressed over another customer currently being helped, just to be told I could do it from home, when in fact you need tools to be able to change sim cards. It just seemed like the person there wasn't really being given the support he needed because it looked like 2 people stressed him out, and he encouraged me to leave instead of helping me in any way.

I had issued with my hotspot password and they took a good minute to help me change it so now my roommate can't steal my data

I was able to retrieve my phone number that I lost some months ago, instead of just saying no like other locations they took their time to help me retrieve it and now I can get in touch with my old folks
