You guys better repair my phone screen or give me another phone, I have bought a phone from you guys, you guys charged me for a screen protector, and I dropped my phone, it didn't protect nothing the actual screen broke instead of the screen protector

Needed help. She seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and no one else was in there. Went to spectrum. Not professional at metro on wilson.
