I've been having an on ongoing issue with my account in regards to insurance. I was so ready to go tik Tok famous over their lack of customer service and their lack of concern over their lack of customer service. I'll tell you that I visited for stores in four different areas and no one seemed to care one way or the other if I ever solved my problem. My last resort was my nearest Metro PCs location. (Cierra) whom always assists me and is always helpful each and every time I have an issue that brings me inside a store. I was beyond frustrated when I walked in the door and advised her as it was clear to see. She heard me out and acknowledged that she too would be frustrated if she were going through this same situation she totally took ownership of my problem and help me find a solution that I am more than satisfied with I wish that there were employees like her all over especially at the Metro stores. I hope that management or the owner of her specific store sees this comment so that they can put her where she can be utilized best teaching and training. Good service is so hard to find. If I could give 150 I would!
