Idk the guys name who helped me because I'm terrible with names. I bought a LG Stylo5 with a JBL Charge4 and I am not dissapointed. I had my eye on the speaker but I was hesitant and the salesmen was able to give me accurate specs and understanding of the product to make an informative purchase. Amazing customer service, helped me right when I walked in and was very knowledgeable. Go to the corporate store on Plaza Parkway don't waste your time at the other ones. I go to them every time and have always had a pleasant experience. Positive vibrations.
So fed up with the lack of phone service. And customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be very important to this business, no matter how much you pay. I'm so ready to boycott MetroPCS.
Reps are rude and unhelpful. Making up rules as they go along. 5 employees standing around talking, managers included. Metro upper management needs to step in.
Worth of a company is known when it is time you need help but their system is so basic that can't help their own customers for their own information regarding their account. Changing name of company doesn't do anything if there is nothing to improve on customer service. Worst customer service and worst company if you need their help. Considering another network with better service.

About what you'd expect from a corporate store. I needed to reset my high security password and they were able to do it very easily and very friendly.
Worst retail service. No product knowledge. Store manager is full of excuses for faulty product. Beware of them. Honest and truthful review. No slander all truth.
We always comes to this store for Metro PCS needs. They have the best service and they know what they're doing! We stopped going to our local Metro store a long time ago!

Place has nothing decorative about it. No signs or promotions displayed. Service was stale and brittle.
They lie here they tell you in order to switch to their service you have to buy a phone from them but when i went to another metro they let me switch without buying new phone so I'm thinking they get commission
I was trying to switch to metro from sprint and the girl that worked here told me that i couldn’t switch because i had the iPhone 6 and i HAD to buy the iPhone 6s or else it would not be compatible with the data. Her name was Charlotte. She did not know what she was talking about. I went to the other Metro store on McHenry she told me that was incorrect information and i CAN switch without buying a whole new phone. I am so happy i went to the metro on McHenry! I do not recommend anyone to go to the one at plaza parkway!
Very bad customer service at this metro store, every single person including the manager, but if you want to go to the limit of bad service in the store try to get Charlotte to help you lol she is so ignorant and unprofessional I don't even know how they hired her or where they hire their employees, good luck if you have metro and live in Modesto, I will go to any metro store in Modesto but this one.

Unfortunately staff is slow and very racist. People came in after me got help immediately. I was still waiting after 30 mins. If you want help this store is NOT the place.

They don't answer the phone at the corporate office. How does incompetent people get to work in a corporate office!
The people, working at the corporate store, helped me with the process of unlocking my phone to be used on other networks. They seemed very knowledgeable about the issue I was having.
Its a business that we pay our money too why don't they have a number that can be called. They suck especially since there the main store in Modesto.
