Metro by T-Mobile, Sacramento CA

I went to this particular metro store because of the excellent service I received from their staff in the past. I was extremely dissatisfied with them today. The service rep acted like a teenager being made to do chores on a beautifully spring day. Not Happy and seemed like he did NOT want to be there

They help with my wife's phone, pretty good about it didn't charge me. They don't understand ETA at all, and are trying to enforce their idea of the covid-19.

Lupita is the customer service rep you want to deal with. Professional and efficient. Stay away from Marisol she is unprofessional and uninformed.

Great customer service especially Jose I can say that there are very kind and take their time to help you and make sure that the job is done

If I could give this place a negative star, I definitely would. The employees are super rude especially the "technicians". I didn't even finish asking a question about my phone and I was told we can't help you. I will never come back to this location again!

Out of the the stores I have dealt with.this was the best store. Eugene and Ottis were great. They actually not only saved the company from losing a customer, but I'm bringing 2 more on with me.

This is the corporate store it's the best place to go with wonderful customer service all their units function and you can try them all and demo everything

Hector did a great job. Mother had to get new phone.very friendly even help with Bluetooth for car

Spectacular service and Knowledgeable Techs. They never make me feel stupid when I have stupid questions, I am not the saveyist with technology.

Killed my camera in a rain downpour and they handled everything I needed to get me back up and in touch with the world again. Thumbs up!

Went in today for a new phone and the tall dark gentleman with the dreadlocks helped us but didnt really explain anything and was rude. The other staff just stared at us and made it awkward.i would not recommend anybody going here.worst customer service!

The lead wasn't helpful. Had to ask regular employees how to do several techniques on my phone. He then let the employee continue service for me. They both did have great customer service.

Much more helpful than the other stores I've visited in the past. Was treated with respect and helped right away
