I came in here ever month and Kasandra helps me out with my phone. I decided to get a new phone and she helped me get all my information on my new one.

Came to this location to get my brand new 5G phone. I had to leave boost Mobile Kassandra helped me set up my phone

I ported my phone number from boost mobile and Kasandra was so helpful. She explained everything and was very patient with all the questions I had. She also helped me put my pictures, contacts and apps into my new phone.

Horrible customer services skills, unprofessionally managed and staffed. Bad experience I'll attempt never to return. Told me there was no change so I was forced to pay more or go to another location to pay my bill.

Saved $236.99 when i got thenew lg stylo 3 plus for free when i activated with unlimited evsrything for $50.

It's always hot in the building. And the employees are always rude and don't seem to know what they are talking about, but argue when you provide facts proving you are right.

Although I got a great deal on my phone plan, the staff were not very knowledgeable of what sales were going on and what promotions they have. He couldn't answer very many questions at all. It sometimes to pay the bill I have to wait up or jump 15 minutes or longer because there's only one person working behind the counter.
If you want the knowledge about the phone or a planner I wouldn't go to this store Metro PCS is great they have great deals but this particular store doesn't have very good staff.

Went in today wanting to buy a phone on the $40 plan with no accessories but was told I have to get the $60 plan and pay for a $35 bundle deal of a case & screen protector. If you want to go in a store where the employee's only care about commission (money they make on sales & high plans) perfect store to go to.
