6I came in last week to ask questions about buying a new phone and which one would be good for me and the girl working there named viviane was such a great help she answered all my questions and I came out with a new phone thank you
I came in to buy a phone for a gift for a family member at this location I was walking through the door and the woman working told me she was closing because she had to write a report I was waiting outside for more then 15 minutes after she locked the door the store closes at 7 not 3: 20pm now I have to drive to another location this to me is very bad customer service I don't reccomend this location to anyone her report could have waited until later when she had free time their was no one in the store.
Customer service is horrible I never recommend this place, the lady work and this place is rude don't want to help us i bring my two phones from T-Mobile to switch to metro and she said my phone are blocked, i go to a different store and my phone working perfectly,
I needed a new phone. Karely was very patient and helpful as she work with me to figure out which phone I wanted to buy. Great customer service!
Complete scam artist sold me a Bluetooth headset told me how amazing it was told me it was 45 dollars it turned out to be 60 dollars and poor quality super static and very low sound went to return them the next day and they turned around and said they have a no return policy on accessories
