My friend recently just moved in and I finally went to visit. It is a stunning community and a hidden gem. I had no idea that this community existed. The cabanas and pool is amazing and it feels like you are at a resort. If all goes well, I may be living there too!:)

If you are planning to go and make a visit at metro crossing make sure ask for Gloria, one of the most efficient professional. Very patient, answers all your questions and give you all the important details.

Buying a luxury penthouse with a large, open terrace was always a dream of mine. And Chancery Lane in Metro Crossing is my dream come true.

Nowhere else in the Bay Area can you get a city-style living experience in a suburban neighborhood. Excellent quality construction, wide-open floor plans, huge balconies and a beautifully maintained, upscale clubhouse with 5-star quality facilities, gym and pool. But the best part is the service provided by Gloria Lee - she's incredibly friendly, responsive, helpful and always smiling. So respectful to my parents and has bent over backwards to accommodate all my questions and requests. Best real estate decision and sales experience so far. Highly recommended!)

Beautiful resort style community, conveniently located next to BART and nearby restaurants. Professional and friendly staff. I particularly enjoy the communal areas, feels like I'm on vacation.

Many complaints about the delay. I don’t believe it’s what TB/MC hardworking people want it to be that way but due to many unknown and unpredictability happened. The reluctance may occur at any other builders at current booming market. For the values of location, build quality, and intention to serve well thus improve the relationship with customers, I would give them five star although there’s still room to make it even better ~ I feel that encouragement and suggestions (instead of dragging their morale down) may be easier to reach win-win situation and make everyone happy. Metro Crossing is a great community ~

We just purchased our condo and I have no complaints about the whole process. Though there is still alot of construction going on the community looks great. If you are just looking or planning on buying, be sure to ask for Minji Lee or Hao Nguyen. They have helped us throughout the whole process of purchasing our condo and have been super friendly and always there to answer your questions. Overall a great experience!

Difficult process to just see a model. Sales reps won't call you back. It almost like they have no interest in selling properties.

We booked the home in March 2018 and till now no move-in. Worst experience of first time home purchase. Even a $100 product would get a good customer service but here close to a million and no care. Never expected this with a so called reputed company. Initially all fancy things told at sales then no one bothers to reply to you and ready to compensate for all the inconvenience caused by them. The two bedroom condo looks so plain after paying close to a million. Not worth.

Signed my contract with Toll Brothers in March 2018, completion date was pushed back over 4 times. Given some life event changes, I decided to cancel my contract after the expiration date since Toll Brother wasn't able to deliver my unit in a timely manner.

Everyone in the office is helpful when you're in the office expressing interest to purchase a unit, and when checking on the building status of the units before my cancellation, however, the moment I request to cancel and signed the documentation, no updates of any kind.

I've been emailing various people at the office about the status of my $47,850 deposit and no response. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was promised that I'll receive it in 4 weeks, it's now going on to 6 weeks. I agree with the preview reviews for giving TB Metro Crossing 1 star, I would rate this 0 star if it was an option.

Ben Helber, the Division Vice President, and Dianna Novela Sanchez, the Sales Manager of Norwood Junction have provided no help in updating me on when I'll receive my deposit back, even when I've expressed urgency to use that money for personal needs.

Wow, this place is just frustrating. I visited this place to look. And the reception guy was so unfriendly and rude and bossy. I have a family who bought a place here, and i wanted to see similar location. He was like it will take 1 hour to see model flat etc. Just completely negative vibes, as if they dont wanna sell.

Lies.delays.disappointing

We bought our place at Metro Crossing in January of 2018 with closing promised in March 2019. We were asked not to change jobs, but cars or make any big changes until we close. We are facing so many issues as we wait for this to be complete.almost 22months! We were never told about the multiple delays until we asked. Communication has been next to nothing until you go to the sales office to enquire! We were even given a closing date in writing but it was retracted back. It’s been the most disappointing experience and toll brothers hasn’t done anything to compensate for it! They keep lying that it due to situations out of their control but It’s been bad project management! I am appalled their carelessness and casual approach towards their buyers who are going to call this their “home” It’s disappointing to face such horrible customer service from such a reputed builder.

Please do not respond to this review by asking me to write to a toll brothers social email as the builder and the sales team are well aware of this issue and they should know how to reach their buyers!

I think it will be a nice community when it is all done. Really put off by the sale staff though. They were extremely pushy.when we went there. They were pushing us to put in a deposit right away and I didn't even have a mortgage preapproval. They are selling out very fast apparently and so I would miss a chance if I delayed. It almost felt like a timeshare presentation. It is a million dollar decision and not many people would want to make that on the spot. Glad to know that they have a lot of interest. But to me it looked they were desperate for a sale. I would have gone back if the sales people were even a little bit more sensitive to the fact home buying is a huge decision for a lot of people.

I am one of the home buyers at METRO CROSSING. I am writing this review to warn other buyers and be very careful before they even consider to buy a home at Toll Brothers! We purchased the house a year back and they gave us an incorrect move-in period. The actual move-in is going to be late by 4-5 months and the worst part is that they wont even inform you that their construction is running late unless you send then emails or try calling them multiple times asking about the progress! There sales team has a bunch of liars who will trap you by making false promises and sharing incorrect details! All they care about is to sell their houses and not respond or answer correctly to any questions that their buyers have. BEWARE BEFORE YOU VISIT THE SALES OFFICE!

REPLIED to the below SOCIAL MEDIA email address on July 2nd and still no response! Horrible customer service.

These guys are clowns. We were looking for homes in the area and decided to check this development out. They insisted that we sit through a thirty-minute (their words) sales pitch before they could take us to see any model homes. Because of our limited time, we decided to leave and look elsewhere, and made this clear. But they kept pushing for us to stay and listen to a full description of all the amenities, parking, etc. As a salesperson, you should know when to cut your losses and move on to the next customer. All the other models we visited in Fremont and Milpitas and Newark didn’t require a prolonged sales experience, and instead the sales folk provide a short synopsis and then listen and react to customer needs. And at the end of the day, actually touring a residence says more than any sales pitch, and most of the details for any development can be found online. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with these guys. If they’re this inflexible and rude during even the initial sales process, I can’t imagine what actually doing business with them would be like. I’m not at all surprised by all the other reviews talking about how difficult they are.

We have been in contract with toll brothers since April of 2018. Since then there has been multiple times of delay and we are never properly informed. We have been impacted with increasing rent and many other financial burdens due to the delay and toll brothers are not welling to compensate us in anyway. In their words, it’s simply not their fault, which is very questionable.

They have also lied to us on multiple accounts and have threatened us our rights to cancel the contract. When we are legally able to walk away from the contract after a year. They told us it’s 2. They force us to make decision when they don’t have any legal rights to do so.

Since then the sales team have been hiding, avoiding us from all communications. It’s a extremely poor buying experience with Toll Brothers and nothing seemed premium liked they promised even down to the details of interior upgrades.

I signed contract at Mar 2018, but have been waiting for move-in date yet, it might be going over 18month. They have changed ETA more than 5 times, even now says another delay expected. I've been so stressed and extremely disappointed about this continued lies while paying additional cost incurred renting and rate lock.their response was totally unsatisfactory. They didn't update the changed plan proactively/properly, and always insist that making a good progress then you should wait.
