Train Wreck!
This place has no concept of organization, customer service or responsiveness. They can't even tell you what your resupply order items cost! And forget about transferring your medical records/prescriptions to another provider. If your doctor automatically sends your orders/prescriptions here, tell them where you actually want them sent as this is NOT the place you want 'serving' you!

Called Good Night Medical to inquire of my CPAP air RX adjustment and Rachelle Macalma was excellent customer service, to be totally honest, she was one that actually provided a well executed Customer Service, haven't had that type service in a long time, meant alot! Thank you!

This is the first time I have used a CPAP machine. It was a challenging start, and it is still so now adapting to the machine. From extended wait for the machine to be delivered due to inventory availability, replacing with suitable mask after a failed one, to finally setting up the machine at home and starting to apply it, it was not an easy job. Luckily, I have known Rachelle, my appointed therapist. She is friendly, patient and kind in person. When it comes to her profession, she is knowledgeable and resourceful. She was always attentive to my questions and concerns with valuable advice. I also wanted to say thank you to Audrey from the Resupply Team for her immediate response to replacing the defective one that I received with a new one. Thank you both for your good jobs done!

No words can describe the kind of assistance we've received from Rachelle MaCalma. To experience her professionalism in dealing with her patients is one of a kind. Her service to us is unparalleled! She expediously handled our case efficiently with ease. That extra effort was beyond expectation and we appreciate it very much. What an asset she is to MetroMed. Thank you for having someone who has given us so much information and for her following through every step of the way until the final shipment of our CPAP. She definitely has done more than what is required of her. We are very grateful. We are hoping for just recognition credit due her. Thank you very much for giving us the chance to do so.

I was initially apprehensive about going in to meet with a respiratory therapist, but Rachelle was absolutely incredible. They were not crowded, everything was spotless, and after a brief wait, she patiently spent time showing me why my new mask wasn’t working (too big!), how to deal with pesky air leaks and dry mouth, and proper and THOROUGH cleaning instructions. After my first good night’s sleep in a month thanks to her advice, I was able to text her some more specific questions about supplies and tools, and she graciously and completely answered everything and put me at ease. Plus, sent helpful video links! I’m so grateful and truly impressed at her expertise, patience, and compassion. 5 stars all the way!

Rachelle Macalma is very knowledgeable in all aspects of respiratory therapy, from both a treatment viewpoint and an equipment viewpoint. She is very friendly and always able to address my questions with respect to respiratory therapy.

I worked with Rachelle Macalma this morning regarding issues with my ResMed CPAP use. She was able to link me to a Zoom video and we worked out a plan for my treatment. She faxed all her information and reports to my Internist. She was SO patient, kind, and thorough. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thank you again Rachelle!

After an almost two hour search for a company to assist me with my first CPAP order I finally called MetroMed, 5 min.before they were closing. My expectations were low due to the multiple other companies I had spoken with and the time of day I was calling but to my complete surprise the experience was quite positive! Dana Moody spent time answering multiple questions treating me as if she had all the time in the world. She was professional, knowledgeable, caring and thorough. This was Customer Service at it's finest. Dana is the reason I am looking forward to getting my CPAP and future supplies with MetroMed.

I had a great experience picking up my CPAP equipment at Respicare. The Respiratory Therapist, Susan Wells, was very thorough with explaining how the equipment was set up per my requirements and showed me how the equipment should be used and cared for.

Update 8/12/2021: after my comments above, I’ve been back twice for consultation with my setup, more specifically, mask options. Susan Wells was very helpful with providing options to try out. Susan was very professional and patient with me through the process. A+ service! Thank you Susan!

Subject I wish to compliment your employee, Rachelle Macalma, a Respiratory Therapist from the Metromed team. She was not only extremely help, but outstandingly knowledgable about your product lines and the choices available to me, even suggesting adapters from outside sources for adapters and batteries for the travel cpap machines. She is a superb example of the first-class customer service partnered with amazing knowledge.

I can't thank Bettie Austin enough. She was so present for me and the issues I was having with my CPAP. She went well beyond the call of duty to take care of the issues I was having and the sleep I was loosing. She took me through the whole process from discovering what was malfunctioning with my CPAP, to getting me a loaner and sending in my CPAP for repair. She was diligent about following up and making sure every i was dotted and every t was crossed. Plus she was so pleasant and caring all the way through the process. Metro Med is extremely lucky to have Bettie on their team!

No online access. Login does not work. Registration requires an account and invoice, which I have no access to. Chat contact is futile to remedy account access issues. Spent an hour on chat that only suggested visiting metromed.com for account info. Metromed claims medicare issues for coverage and requires sleep study exam update. But then takes autopayment from credit card and I have no idea what for. I also have no way to cancel contract, service, autopay through phone service.
