The receptionist was kinda rude but not nearly as rude as the doctor. The doctor has no compassion and refused to listen to me. Lecturing me on things that are not in my control like hour the hospital discharge papers were written. It's her way out the highway. I'm choosing the highway as I won't be back to be berated and talked down to I'm worth more than that.

Very bad service. From the receptionist to the rest of staff. I do not recommend to no one.

Receptionist is rude. They also did not have masks and so they told my sister she needed to leave because she did not have one. In prior encounters they provided her with one. How does a medical facility not have masks and no solution for people who do not have one?

The lobby was clean and I was seen fairly quick. I think the paperwork was the longest part of the wait. The receptionist could be a little more courteous but I'm sure it was just a rough Friday. The paperwork was considerate of your privacy rights but actually had categories for the LGBTQ community. I'd definitely go here before Arr- can I say that?

Great doctors but the clerk in the front is rude as hell!

Receptionist on family practice is not very helpful!

I go there for drug testing twice a month and there's never anyone working the front desk at all and they took the bell away. So your stuck waiting for someone to happen to walk by and see you, but it's never the one working that desk do your still stuck waiting. I even went to the family medicine part and asked them if anyone was working next door and they said they'd send someone over but was waiting for almost an hour after that for someone to get to the desk. It's Ridiculous.
