I love this studio so much! I love that it incorporates different styles and classes and very much has a focus on mindfulness. Every class and instructor is different but I have enjoyed all of them!

I was a guest at Metta for the first couple of classes. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Studio in San Rafael is beautiful. I love taking Carla’s class. It’s fun, challenging but I leave my mat with sweat on my face and a full heart. I will not take yoga anywhere else.
Everyone (students/teachers) are so friendly! I felt welcome the second I walked into the studio. Great practice and variety of classes!
