I've lived in Southcrest for over 6 years now and had always seen and passed by Mex Mart - a golden gem in our community. If you, like myself, have just been driving by I want to include you to stop by and check out everything they have to offer.

Love the carniceria. The tortilla chips are delicious. I don't really care for the pork chops. As they are too thin for my liking. I prefer them a bit thicker. But the marinated chicken and meat are delicious

Love this market. I always get my family's carne asada from here and everyone likes it. Very friendly employees as well. Plus they have a mariscos truck outside the store and hotdogs tomateros just across the street, both good to my liking.

Meat manager has high quality meats custom cuts any thickness you want. Carne asada great marinaded even better chicken fajitas to die for. A personal touch and very low prices.actually a skilled meat cutter
We had been going here for years when it was Maricso Herman but now its a different owner and cook, way too bad, food was not good at all, sorry to report we will not be returning.
Best place to buy liquor and produce. They have very fresh and amazing meat. Best customer service.

Its just your typical grocery store and it's not a bad place to buy your home goods the prices are fair and the people are very friendly
Next to them is a good truck! Best Mexican food ever. The soup and Mescada without tortilla is amazing. I save juice for cheese grits!
