I used Mike and Gloria for a surprise trip for my wife 4/10/23 - 4/14-23. The trip was absolutely flawless. I gave Mike some vineyards that I would like to go see and asked that he give a couple suggestions on some he knew of. He sent us to Kelham Vineyards and it made our trip complete. Between the car services, hotel, reservations, and the app he uses, there was not a flaw in our entire trip! I will be using MG Concierge again when we go back and I will recommend everyone to use them!

Mike and Gloria did a great job for us. We visited places we would never have known of or had access to. Scheduling was done so we packed a lot into three days but still had time to do it all. Great food, wine, scenery and hospitality.

I used Mike and Gloria to book a trip for me and my wife to celebrate her 40th Birthday. They took care of everything for us from Hotel, Dinner Reservations, Driver, winery bookings. They were very responsive and were able to send us to places we would have never found. I highly recommend them for making your trip to Napa wonderful.

Mike and Gloria were incredible! It was a last minute trip and they were quick and responsive through the planning process. We trusted their expertise and our experiences exceeded our expectations! The hotel they recommended was incredible! Restaurants top notch! And each winery had its own personality which really allowed us to see all Napa had to offer in a short period of time. Living on the East Coast and having never visited the Napa Valley region prior, planning a trip there seemed overwhelming. Mike and Gloria helped us thread the needle on wineries, transportation, accommodations and restaurants providing a once in a lifetime experience where we truly felt there was not a misstep. After a brief survey and introductory call we were provided an itinerary which checked all boxes on our Napa Valley to-do list. All reservations were made for us on sign-off making the experience as efficient and effortless as possible.

Mike and Gloria did a fantastic job planning our first visit to Napa! They took the time to listen to us and find places they knew would be a good experience from our preferences. We not only had awesome wineries to tour, we had fantastic places to eat each evening that allowed us to experience more of Napa and the surrounding area. The App they use to provide the daily itinerary was very helpful and allowed us to see what we were doing in advance by dimpling accessing via our phone. We definitely appreciate their expertise and we are both glad we chose them to make our trip memorable! Would definitely use them again and will refer others as well!

This was not our first trip to Napa, but the first using Gloria & Mike. It was, by far, our best trip. We enjoyed this beautiful city not having to worry about anything except what wines to drink. Gloria & Mike took care of everything! Our driver was wonderful, restaurants picked by them were fabulous and, most importantly, we visited fantastic wineries.

Mike was fantastic.

Mike planned an amazing itinerary for four people. We got into some very exclusive wine tastings. He had to work all angles to be successful in landing those tastings. We also asked for some unusual and up and coming wine experiences that were hard to find and he delivered as well. Mike's choice of JC as our driver was also top notch. JC was extremely knowledgeable and provided top notch concierge service - even rescuing us early during a power outage.

The true mettle of a person is not how they act when things go well, but how they act when things do not.

We had one bad wine tasting but Mike was all over it and got it fixed up as best as I could have asked. And when we had some queries on some surprise credit card charges, Mike jumped up and helped us sort it out as well - even they were not his charges. He looked after us and we felt he was in corner for the entire time.

Mike showed us doors that we did not existed. If we had not used Mike we would not have had nearly the same world-class experience that we did.

In summary, Mike's services exceeded our expectations.

For our first trip to Napa Valley, to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, we were overwhelmed by all the possibilities and did not know where to start. We turned to MG Concierge and were so glad we did. After interviewing us to determine our likes, dislikes, and goals for the trip, they put together a bespoke trip that was just perfect. Their fee for this service was very reasonable, given the expertise they bring to the table and the overall cost of the trip. We highly recommend calling MG Concierge for your visit to Wine Country - you will not be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with them! We’ve been to Napa Valley a few times before but wanted a more personalized experience (wineries, restaurants and hotel). After speaking with us and finding out what we like and wanted, they recommended wineries, restaurants, hotels, and a car service. Every single place was exactly what we wanted. Since they are a local company, they were up to date with what places were good or not. I cannot envision going back to Napa Valley without using using them.

MG Concierge planned my husband's and I 20th Anniversary trip. They did an absolute amazing job with everything! The hotel was fantastic, as were the the wineries and food. We didn't have to think about anything, we just showed up and had the best time. These memories will last us a lifetime.
