Mi Casita reviews
10My mom loves going to mi Casita because she enjoys talking to the owner's Jesus and Rosa. The food and hand made tortillas are the best.
My go to spot for authentic mexican food, the hours are kinda weird because they only offer tacos and burritos after a certain time which is a huge bummer because the full menu is so amazing. I HIGHLY recommend the Camaron a la diabla and the Mi Casita molcajete. Be warned the A la diabla is spicy! But it burns so good. They also offer hand made corn tortillas which is the best. The staff is always super nice and we come so often they already recognize me and my family if you're looking for good Mexican food this is the spot! Way better than El Farolito up the street in my opinion.
Great little Mexican restaurant. Get the homemade tortillas, they're worth it! I had coffee and the chicken machaca con huevos. The chicken was very tender and the dish was tasty.
Food was amazing, breakfast enchiladas the best. Better waitres would help, but over all great place.
Best Huevos Divorciados I've ever had. Down home Mexican food that is one of the top 3 in Orange county.
Host was really nice and friendly, so service was splendid, atmosphere was great as well. The food was tasty and seasoned very well. We got some freshly made tortilla chips and a delicious very hot salsa (be careful if you do not spicy). I got the fish tacos with just beans and the tacos were delicious, on regular size corn tortilla. The beans were refried with pork lard (manteca), I must say, I had my beans with lard, but that's all I tasted on the beans, too much lard. I may suggest to the owner, maybe reduce half of thr lard added to the beans. I'd love to go back, but don't want to eat super loaded lard-beans.
Fantastic, authentic, from scratch Mexican food and drinks done right at great prices and great service, will definitely be revisiting in the future
Delicious chilaquiles, very good burrito, menudo good for my taste, it lacks guajillo chile. Other than that excellent
My family and I stayed at Pachangas Resort for the week and was recommended by a woman there to try this restaurant. So we did and we did not regret it! We called our order in (quick note they ask for payment over the phone) and when we arrived are food wasn’t ready, so we waited about 1 hour for our food instead of the 20 minutes they had told us over the phone, but they we’re kind to add to our order guacamole and chips for free for the inconvenience, which was super nice! There food on the other hand was delicious, amazing authentic must try! Great food!
