Mi Pueblo El Centro reviews
27Excellent Food! Tasty! Nice flavors! Generous quantity! Good Prices! Excellent service! Lots of choices! Very nice outdoor dining venue! Very pleasant! A long time favorite! An excellent Chile Relleno and Burrito!
The service was great. Emily was helpful and gracious with our large party.
The enchiladas were a bit dry. Chili relleno was done very well. Street tacos were a hit.
Not coming back to this restaurant. No flavor on food coming from a Mexican. Had a fish taco and enchilada. Terrible.
Great service. Fair prices. Tasty options.
Ordered street tacos, they were excellent. Carne asada and chicken. Delicious. Also ordered a super burrito with grilled chicken smothered in green sauce. Very good as well. Chips and salsa were made in house and were medium to hot with good cilantro and onion flavor. Real brewed iced tea is always a plus. Would go back and explore menu for other delicious things!
We came for lunch and had fajitas, they were delicious! House margaritas were also very good. Serve was great, very helpful and friendly staff!
The young woman who took my order messed things up a bit, it sounded chaotic in the back ground when I was ordering. Thankfully when I got there a very helpful young man got my order smoothed out, I love their food but their prices are "sit down to be waited on "not to go so for me, especially during the virus and I'm self employed who was not able to get unemployment benefits, it's a treat for me to eat here. But the food is so awesome it was worth me splurging. I'll just make sure to verify my order before I take off, but rest assured I will be back for my chimichanga -cheers- Rooster joe
Dry burritos, blah, that were mediocre at best. The food is just lack-luster and run-o-the-mill.
Really enjoyable food. The service wasn't fantastic initially but improved as the meal went on. Probably just an off night for a specific employee. I would definitely come back.
Good food, good staff and great flavors. One of the better chilli rellenos I've encountered in Marin by far.
I moved out of state but when ever I'm back in town I don't miss the chance to stop in and grab a bite. All of the locations have great food. This was my first time sitting down at the Centro location and it was full but the service was incredibly fast. I was super impressed.
Fun place, great service staff with a good sense of humor. Fast turn on the food, and portion sizes are on the large to massive scale.
Decent enough food. Our server basically ignored us for the majority of the time we were there and when he asked us questions he didn't listen to the answer, kinda just did what he wanted to.
I'll go back again and give them a second chance but I definitely was not impressed by the first go through.
My favorite Mexican food in Petaluma. Great chips and salsa bar. Fabulous albondigas soup, love the sauce used on the enchiladas, whatever you order you will be pleased. Reasonable prices.
Decent Mexican restaurant. Bit of a sports bar style vibe. Good place to watch a game. Huge portions.
First time eating at this location. We normally eat at the boulevard location but we were downtown today so decided to give it a try.
Night and day difference.
The place was DEAD! Granted we arrived at 4: 30 but the other location is always PACKED for happy hour. We were the only table in the place. Service was prompt but not attentive. 4 servers stood in the bar chatting rather than checking on us. The servers at the other location are always friendly and attentive. The happy hours are slightly different in each location. Downtown is from 3-6 and boulevard only until 5. Better happy hour food options downtown. My favorite tomatillo sauce was waaay too spicy to eat. The burrito was yummy, served fast and warm. It sometimes is cold in the middle at the other location.
Overall, it was good but I think we'll stick to the boulevard location.
I had the shredded chicken super burrito and it was THE BEST I had in years! Even thinking about it makes me hungry! The service is always good there and especially their giant margarita!
Good solid Mexican food with a full bar. Their chile relleno is excellent as are their burritos. Kid friendly. A nice relaxed place to eat.
It's the local's favorite. Not high end fancy gourmet Mexican. Fun happy hour and very good margaritas.
Great Mexican eats, I recommend the molcajete! Usually busy for dinner but not too much of a wait.
Terrible service. We had to wait 40 minutes to get a table and they gave us the wrong drinks, they also took 1 hour to give us our food
