Mi Tierra Taqueria, Roseville CA

Just ordered Huavos Rancheros. Never Again! My plate had a oil soaked tortilla with dirty looking eggs. One with yolk, the other cooked hard. Orange salsa, refried beans, rice on the side (as requested). I ask if they can make another egg with the yolk not so hard. The next egg was served a raw runny white and yolk. Hardly cooked, pretty raw. It look terrible, had no flavor with watery sauce. I took one bite and felt sick to my stomach. I returned the food and will not pay for tasteless low quality food. Pretty gross. As a restaurant they should improve on taste, quality and presentation. Also hire a proper cook who can cook egg! I could have got salmonella to serve a raw egg to a customer. I hope the owner/manager can correct such ill served food.

Really good food and fresh! Service sucks and some of the staff are rude! Also be careful of overcharging, I asked for street tacos $2: 55 each, I got charged $9;99, when I asked the manager to clarify the server was making fun of us! There’s a charge of $2 if you use a card!

Excellent food, not crowded at all.
Service was fast! We were in and out in about 30 minutes.

She had: 2 plate combo with 2 chicken flautas and cheese quesodilla.

I had: Super nachos appetizer with chicken.

Comments: I got full before I could finish my plate. The water was good, and I also helped my wife eat her food after she got satisfied.

Don't forget to get senorita bread nextdoor before eating dinner or they may be out.

Melissa had very great service. It was slow when we came. Within 1 minute she brought chips and salsa and menus. Then water. Then 1 minute later took our order. The food was all super delicious. See photos. I had super Carne aside nachos appetizer fo my meal. Wife had taco salad. Friend 1 had burria plate and friend 2 had veggie burrito.
All 4 of us were very happy with the quality of food and service. Tables spaced out nicely. I will return to this place!

Best Mexican place around, the food is amazing and a great price, and they got Nacho cheese, my favorite, most Mexican places don't

Everything here is bomb. I love their fajitas and birria. Good ingredients, great service.

I really hate to write this review because we loved this taqueria and would go here very regularly, but it has not been the same recently. Every single time we ask to modify a menu item now (simple requests such as no sour cream or just rice as a side) it is guaranteed not to happen. Sadly this will be our last time coming here. There are many other options nearby and they are much better.

Food tasted amazing, it had the perfect amount of flavor. Parking was very easy. The service was also great, waiter was so nice so of course i had to tip really well. Overall 10/10

This place always smells so great! The staff is generally friendly, and the people usually seem satisfied, so I was super excited when a friend suggested eating here.until I heard the price. And then the real disappointment came when I got my food. First, they stated 5 mins wait time for the tacos (which were luckily half off), but we waited double that. The guys ordered 6 tacos, and I ordered the Super Nachos. Here's the second thing.they forgot the 'Super' in my Nachos. The portion, although enough for little ol me, was not worth the price. See photo. Those other Mexican places, they know how to rock some Super Nachos! I'm glad for the experience, but I don't think I'll be repeating it any time soon!

Need to provide more cheese to the bean and cheese burrito. VERY little cheese places in the Burrito. If I wanted a Bean Burrito I would have ordered one. Suggestion to maybe go 50% cheese and 50% Bean not 90/10. If you don’t want to change the ratio please charge less for a Bean Burrito and don’t falsely advertise as a Bean and and cheese Burrito. Thanks

All I can say is wow. We love the food, the Chorizo Torta with cheese and avocado was muy delicioso!
