6 Im so sorry for this review but I must be HONEST. For my birthday I had scheduled a brazilin blowout I got it done originally at the Montclair mall location, unfortunately the brazilin did NOT last, within hitting month 2 and using Amika hair product (sulfate free). My hair got wavy and frizzy again especially underneath by my neck area. I addressed it to the sales person at the front desk (in Montclair) they stated the manager will get back to you about this concern.prob almost a MONTH later she calls me finally. I explain the issue and concern and shes like no prob come on in but to my location at the moment which was the Vitoria gardens location in rancho. As i get there on my scheduled appt keep in mind the extra drive out I have to make to come FIX the issue.when I get there im greeted with a energy that seemed like oh its her with the issue. I was then explained that my hair looks "fine" when im NOT happy about it clearly i even drive to her! She has blonde hair i forgot her name.then i proceed to Disagree with her and she comes out to tell me ill redo it all for $80 and the trim (i asked for in the 1st appt and got denied it) $35 more on top of it.
WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY $80 FOR RETREATMENT OF THE BRAZILIAN WHEN I ALREADY PAID WITH TIP $180 AT THE MONTCLAIR AREA.horrible service and outcome i was a loyal customer to Aveda but they lost me here ugh, don't recommend

Every time I go to the salon whether it’s at Victoria Gardens or Montclair place I always get the best treatment and Sameha and the people who work for her always take care of me and do a great job!
Had the most excellent experience with Mia. Wow, so detailed and wanting to understand exactly what I wanted. I have never had anyone who was that interested in getting it perfect for me and I’ve been going to salons for 35 years! She LISTENS! She’s definitely my new hair professional from now on.

Scheduling my appointment was quick, I arrived 5-minutes before my appointment and they took care of me immediately. Plus, their automated communication is exactly what I need with my busy schedule.
