This store has everything, and at a reasonable price! And the gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful! I’ll be returning!

I'm a Salon owner and stylist. I know a few things about customer service. 0 exist at Miaa. I might as well helped myself. A sign I should of I purchased elsewhere. However I bought a package of remi human hair for $325.00. It's a rats nest. After 2 weeks I look a mess. There is no way the cuticle is laying the same way. I won't purchase nor send my clients there. Disappointed!

I just left this shop. When I first got into the store, before he unlocked the door. The open light sign was turned on. I walk in and look around at all the wigs. Mind you, I'm picky on wigs for my evangelism video interview that is coming up. The prices were also higher than anticipated which is ok but not what I was expecting. The gentleman watches me the entire time as I go around the whole store and his camera turned on this bright light as I walked by. Basically when I reviewed all the wigs, I went back to look at the pre stretched hair color because my second option was just to get my hair braided for this interview. I don't know if he was just simply prejudiced but as I was about to walk back he tries kicked me out of the store AFTER letting me in saying he isn't open until 10. Then why open door and turn on light early and watch me the whole time prior saying nothing. So I'm like I can't finish looking at the hair? You turned on your sign and watched me go in. Mind you the front door was open the entire time after. I addressed him saying what was this really about? Was it my race or my hair bc some people literally judge my shaved hair when it's because I'm getting surgery for cochlear impant on my right side. He even walked to the open door entrace watching me leave. I even told him to call the police if he's set that I stole. That was a very sick and disgusting experience I wouldn't wish upon any human being. Not everyone steals. Not everyone fits in the same category. We all got battles no one knows about so all I can say is: the way you treated me.how would YOU feel if someone treated you that way? You had the nerve to shoo at me like a child. Like a speck of dirt. That is dehumanizing. If you can't face how you treat people, then don't do it and look up human decency while you're at it. This world seriously needs God.you just wanted to bully me to make yourself feel better. Hope that worked out well for you.

The owner is nice and they have a lot of selection of items you might need.
