An absolutely horrible company. I had to wait over one month for them to finally send someone out to fix a very expensive grandfather clock when being broken from a move, after him trying for hours he decided it was the manufacturers fault the lock is not working.he left in a huff.didn't do his job. I called Michael's restoration they believed my story until they spoke to the old guy they sent here.then they didn't believe me.they didn't have the guts to call me they weren't going to do the job, they sent a nasty email telling me they weren't going to try to fix the problem.worst company I have ever dealt with.
