Doctor Tseu was incredibly meticulous and thorough. Took time to explain test results and the progression in a manner that can simple be understood. Sales representative Thomas is always friendly and helpful in picking out the best and most affordable specs. Service excellence at its finest. Highly recommended!

The doctor was good. But the customer service reps were horrible. I went twice and both times other customers took priority over my daughter and eye.

Thomas is the best Employee you guys have he was amazing. I broke my glasses which I’m blind without and he got me in and out exam new contacts and glasses in an hour. He needs a raise! Thank you so much Thomas you made my day

Everyone was super helpful in explaining all the tools and pictures. It was a very quick and easy process and all the workers were very friendly.

I had an appointment at 3.00 and got in about 3: 05 to see the optometrist, the appointment only got better from that point. Michael Hsieh was very thorough through the examination and explained things clearly along the way. This has been my favorite experience with any optometrist ever.

I did not like how he explained the retina exam process and then jammed my face into the machine without even giving me a chance to do it in my own. Let alone placing his hands on me in general like that. With my history of things I have been through it made me very uncomfortable and I will not be going back to him.
