Mike went above and beyond for us. He is very knowledgeable about the area. He gave us his honest advice and negotiated for us multiple times when home appraisal didn’t come back as much as the offer. My wife and I decided it was time to move due to some family issues making us feel that we needed to be closer to them. We knew this wasn't probably the best time to try and sell a home but felt that we'd have try and do what we could. As luck would have it, we were referred to Mike. We made an appointment with him to come look at our home to give us an idea of what we could sell it for, knowing that in this market, what was good today may not be good a week from now. Due to us needing to wait for our new home to be finished, we decided on a plan of listing our house as "coming soon". Mike thought we'd possibly get some agents that had buyers in the market the chance to come see it before it hit the market. Long story, short, this turned out to be a great plan as we ended up selling the home to a couple that came to look at it during that time.
Throughout the process, Mike was always communicative, attentive and asked for our input, not just pushing his agenda. Though the whole process was stressful due to buying a home and selling a home at the same time, Mike definitely made the process easier and are very thankful that we were referred to him.
