I came in recently to just browse around for a birthday gift for my sister, and ended up buying the most perfect crossbody wallet. I was helped by Benjamin, who really helped narrow down my options and my sister ended up loving the gift! Definitely will be back because of the great customer service

I had a problem with the band on my Sofie watch and Wendy, the store manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable. They have an large selection of Smart Watches and smartwatch straps. She showed me the new Acess watch, that will be my next watch. I wore my Sofie out of the store with my new watch strap, which I like better than the original band.

I went to this store with my wife and we bought two purses. The item that the agent gave us was wrapped and we didn't really open it. When we arrived home my wife noticed that the item was wrong and Michael Kors agent gave us a wrong purse. We went to other store since we live in OC to exchange and the agent was rude and didn't accept their mistake. I think they should at least accept their mistake both stores!

Never written one of these, but I had to take the time as I was absolutely amazed at the service I received from Wendy. I've been to this location about three times and never encountered such friendly and attentive service or seen her before! By far the most passionate associate I have ever met who sold me my first collection bag in a beautiful gray color when I was not even thinking to shop today! I never knew about this line, nor has anyone ever taken the time to educate me along with other customers around me on the subject which bought collection too! We were all impressed with how much passion she had as well as juggling the customers around while offering us refreshments. She not only looked like she belonged on the Michael Kors billboard as she was dressed from head to toe in a beautiful outfit I wanted, but she had the kindest heart I have ever encountered in retail. I hope she gets a raise or a promotion as I most definitely will be coming back just to shop with her. Kuddos to providing an incredible experience!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Michael Kors store at the Westfield Century City mall today. I was looking for matching accessories and Wendy and Romi helped me with thoughtful suggestions. They took all the time in the world to understand what I was looking for and absolutely delighted me with their suggestions. They were warm, friendly, and patient with my questions, and really impressed me with their knowledge of the designs. I have come to expect friendly sales staff and managers at Michael Kors stores, but Wendy and Romi are a cut above. I bought an additional beautiful wallet which will also remind me of my beautiful shopping experience today. Thanks Wendy and Romi! You are wonderful!
