I just came out from your store date 2/12/23 location: 5620 paseo del norte Carlsbad CA 92008 and tried speaking with the manager witch was rude to me and my wife and only turned her back at us didn't even give us a minute of her time and the only word she said just have them return if if they don't want it.
The problem was I purchase something worth around 60 but when trying to returned it they wanted to give me 30 and have me loose my discount? The problem was that I added a bag at the end of my purchase and use the discount on it but when returning the other item they switched the discount to the item I was returning which is bs. But I was not disrespectful or angry but she still gave me an attitude and a total lack of respect for your clients.
