15The best place ever YES its in Richmond California but you feel like your treated like your a queen or king our salesperson was John Tonahn who helped us with finding the right car at right price WE also worked with Mr Jose who help with finance and a good monthly payments for us too. The place looks good inside comfy sofas water snacks stuff for kids to play on and air conditioning wow we got a new car and we will be coming back in a year or so for a 2th car for husband thanks all at Hilltop ford you all are happy special people. Too bad only put 5 * stars I think you are 10 to us. Thanks was fast and driving home in new car in less than 4 hours because had to work. It's worth to drive here to buy here that's JUST what I'm saying. Have a great day.
Super Experience getting my Bronco Badlands with Mariel! Mariel was very informative and helped me find what I needed based on my needs to go off road! Mariel and the team from the sales manager to the finance team was outstanding. If you are looking for a car come here as they treat you right! Ohh and cant forget the Awesome coffee! Yes its the little things that make a huge difference and I will be coming back for my next car to see them.
I purchase replacement batteries for key fobs. They showed me how to put the batteries into the fobs.
My experience with Hilltop Ford is without complaint of any kind. I've had great service and communication with these people. I would give them a Five Star rating.

I had a problem with a new car I just bought 2 weeks ago. I contacted the sale rep John T. The car was showing I needed an oil change. John sai bring the car in, the service dept.reset the cars systems. It took less than 15 minutes to fix.

EVERYONE! The service intake, communication, the lounge with expresso, drinks and snacks, the paperwork and excellent car wash. I have had FORD cars for 15 years from 6 FORD locations and this one is by far the best in customer service

I regret to share my deeply unsatisfying experience with this service provider. Despite making numerous visits and investing substantial sums of money, I found myself consistently disappointed with the results. The frustration reached its peak when I had to wait almost a week to receive any updates on my vehicle's condition, only to be met with the news that they still couldn't accurately diagnose the issue.
It seemed like a never-ending cycle of addressing one problem, only to encounter another with identical symptoms. This recurring pattern left me with a distinct lack of confidence in their technicians' abilities. Regrettably, my patience wore thin as the repair costs continued to mount, forcing me to reluctantly part ways with my car.
Overall, this experience has left me disheartened and disillusioned. The time, money, and trust I invested yielded disappointing results, and I would caution others to carefully consider their options before entrusting their vehicles to this service provider if their vehicle is not under warranty.
Simple online appointment scheduled for routine service with just a couple of days notice. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, but check in was smooth and efficient. I settled in the waiting room, connected to their wifi and did some work for an hour or so. They had coffee and snacks but I decided to walk to McDonald's for breakfast. As I stood up they said, "your car is ready! "

My vehicle wasn't charging and I didn't know if the problem was the charger or something with the battery or the connections, so I made an appointment to have it diagnosed. I brought the charger cord in the car with me, but they must not have checked it.
The wrong diagnosis cost $259 and it cost another $382 to replace a part that probably didn't need to be replaced. After coming home and finding that my car still wouldn't charge, I found that it charged fine at a public charging station and then I bought a new charger and it works fine.
If you have problems charging your car, save yourself a lot of money by doing your own testing first. Whatever they test for $259 doesn't include the most basic things a person should check.
If you need to buy a car and want to be treated with respect and made to feel like family, ask for Mariel, she has the best costumer service that can exist. She is kind and didn't give up until she got me a deal for my first car. Grateful for the good experience. Thank you Marie!
