I am pleased with the front office, the nurse who checked me in, in particular was friendly, polite and respectful. Dr Steele was very polite, professional and asked the right questions. He was thorough in his examination. I have no complaints.

I’ve not done a phone appointment. Dr Steele was excellent. He interpreted my lab results and gave me options. Also listened to new concerns and provided necessary referrals, etc. He promised to call me with new lab results.
He was outstanding.
Thank you, Dr Steele.

Dr. Steele is always attentive and explains everything very well. He refers me to specialists when necessary.
He calls with lab and diagnostic test results. I have been seeing him for over 17 years.

I felt my physical exam today with Dr. Steele was very thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and feel very confident under his care. The office staff and assistants are very nice and very efficient. It was a good experience.

Everyone at Dr. Steele's office is decidedly top notch. Dr. Steele is a wise and very experienced doctor whom I completely trust 100%. It is a good feeling to know that I am so well taken care of by all of you. I offer my very heartfelt Thank You for all that you do.

Shocked and adversely affected by lack of skill, communication and a very serious misdiagnosis by Dr. Steele. I have only seen him for ONE appointment (well, the first was a phone appointment, then an in-person visit). After speaking with him on the phone, he said he removed the erroneous diagnosis and apologized profusely. I checked the FCCP Portal and it was still there. His office called and actually told me "I don't know what's going on on your side, but here the diagnosis has been removed. " I told them to have IT or someone remove it from the portal. This went back and forth until they sent me the "revised" Care summary, saying the diagnosis was removed... And it was STILL THERE! It's still there! What? !

Even though I've been vaccinated twice and had my third booster, he was very scared to approach me. It felt like he was repulsed by me or something. When he finally did come over, he checked my breathing and then, without warning, put his hands around my neck from the back! I jumped a mile and then so did he! You just don't do that to people without warning. I suffer with C-PTSD (Complex PTSD which is more severe and constant than PTSD alone) from multiple life or death traumas, one as recent as 2016. Never grab someone's neck from behind without any warning.

Trust me, this place does not have it together, cannot even remove a faulty diagnosis after saying they did several times, and Dr. Steele needs to retire before he goes all the way off the loop!

There will be legal consequqences, they are being worked on now.

I went in for my annual physical but was told that I was only scheduled for a follow up appointment. There was nothing to follow up on but they told me I wasn’t allotted the 30 minutes for a physical. Now I have to wait another three months for a reschedule. I had altered my vacation to make this appointment all for nothing.

I just received what I hope and Pray not to be the "Norm" behavior and treatment in a Medical Practice because of having a unvaccinated status. I want to add at the beginning of this review that I completed the registration process online, prior to going to my scheduled appt. There was no question as to if I was vaccinated. This sadly, is my experience while being seen by a new provider, Dr Michael Steel MD. It began by Dr Steele feeling it to be nondiscrimatory to have a nurse come into the procedure suite to mandate me to put on a SECOND mask, because for no other reason, but "You are not Vaccinated". I took the mask, paused and then tried to simply put myself into those shoes of whom have this incredible fear and misunderstanding on how to prevent contact and possible transmission of Covid. I placed the mask on just to allow comfortability to that person not me. I will admit, my anxiety worsened because I was not prepared to be treated differently, so what would already been a challenging moment of getting a normal breath in, the added mask made it almost impossible for me to breath. The mask was a small and made my inner mask become extremely tight.very uncomfortable. It was probably 5 minutes later, an older Physician, Dr Steele entered the room wearing a shield (covered entire face) and proper mask, as recommended via CDC. He never came within 8 ft of me during the duration of gaining health hx and maintained keeping his back to me during the intake only turning to face me while he stood next to the door as to run away if I didn't comply to his next order. He told me he was going to approach me and listen to my breathing, lung sounds and heart rhythm, however I was not to speak while he was close enough to perform these duties. I was floored by that request! I then decided it was time to dicuss the reasons I do not feel these measures are necessary, the reasons I am hesitant to vacinate, in hopes we could have an intelligent conversation. I mean we should be able to discuss our feats and concerns to our Providets, right? He never responded to my attempt of explaining my reserved mentality and I let him know by verbally stating, He was at that point making me very uncomfortable. I told him for the most part I felt at this time healthy and he didn't need to approach me and continue the visit. I told him I could leave. He mumbled something, and I wasn't sure what was happening until he started walking toward me, telling me not to speak, not to speak. He then took 1 min to listen to 2 breaths and placed stethoscope on my chest, quickly walked away saying something about ordering blood work, and I heard, "Goodbye, Tonya". I honestly was in shock. I literally started crying! I had never been so discriminated against, treated less than, humiliated, given zero respect, and my concerns about the vaccination were not addressed, only ignored while he told me to stop talking! Why did I not just get up and leave from the start? I was in shock. I really was. I thought somehow this could not be happening. I am still so horrified on what just happened. The nurse quickly came in after the Dr departure, apologized over and over for Dr. Steels behavior and took me to a lady to give conplaint and dismiss any charges for the visit due to lack of care. I still can't. I can't even.
