They're always helpful. Went there to get something for a complicated project and they assisted me with what I needed and additional suggestions. Love it here!

There was so much on sale! I only had money for what I was looking for. The store was pretty well stocked. I will be back i need more paint.

Short staffed but they did their best to help me. Management needs to support these people and not understaffed them and actually give them the assistance in more people on the floor that they need

Since Hobby Lobby is closed on Sunday I decided to go to Michaels, unfortunately Michael does not have a selection for people who are coin collectors. Hobby Lobby has a way better selection, sorry Michaels. Also in the process of looking for items for my coin collecting there wasn't even an employee to ask, it took 10 minutes of wandering around the store to find someone coming out of the back to finally ask and still no success.

Very unhappy with the level of customer service at Front checkstands. I came in to pick up an Online order, and the young lady with Blue colored hair seemed very lazy or jus hated her job didn't bother to really be interested in thoroughly looking for the order, even Requested coworker assistance, keep in mind I was the only person at the front for 10 minutes.this person need better understanding of customer service training or maybe she needs to find a job that suits her.

The aloha spirit is alive and well at King's Hawaiian! Nice to walk up and place an order for breakfast with little or no waiting. Mahalo!

It was great they had everything I needed and the employees were very nice and helped out with helping me find everything I needed.

I love Michaels. There's plenty of parking. I'm inspired every time I walk in there.
They're doing everything they can to keep everyone safe under their roof. The cashier was great! Very helpful, answered a couple of questions I had. Good advice. The store is well stocked and clean.
I think there will be more employees on hand with crafting skills eventually as more people are able to go back to work.

They didn't have the exact size Matte I was looking for; still, I made a compromise & my pictures fit very well in the frames I purchased.

I mean it's Michaels! Its definitely a crafters dream store, carrying everything from scrapbooking, paints, florals, wood, kids crafts, teachers picks, yarn, etc. I am disappointed that they took away the 40% off coupons & gave us only the 20% since Michael's can be a bit pricey for things. And in store availability is definitely an issue for many of the items I go for but if I plan a head, it can be a one stop shopping trip.

The store in Burbank at the empire center is very well organized & considerably easy to navigate. Con is definitely the public restroom. Either toilet paper not stocked, no soap in dispenser, urine on toilet seats. I have unfortunately found this out numerous times. But hey, I didn't go to the crafting store to idolize there restrooms.

Sad this Michael's used to be one of the nicest and largest Glendale to me looks more organized and cleaner and the pricing is always a mess percentage of signs are mixed up with regular price and the cashiers don't do anything to make you feel that you're walking out with the deal they don't call for a name manager they don't have just prices they just let you stand there and stare at each other no more at this Michaels

This location is large and has a wide selection. They have a quick and efficient pick up system for online orders as soon as you walk in the double doors.

I loved buying my stuff online and not having to wait in line to get them. Also loved the notification when my stuff was ready to get picked up! Im overall very happy with their services.

Phone number for curbside keeps hanging up on all customers and nobody would come out to help the customers standing outside because of the phone issue. Terrible service. Will never come back here again. They didn't even acknowledge the customers.

One can spend hours at this store.they have everything for arts and crafts. I went there to get a gift for my niece, she just chose everything for painting. I couldn't afford the whole store but I promised her to come back. I even gor a couple of picture frames and home decorations for myself. Just make sure not to go there during busy hours, or you can get stuck in the line for 30 minutes especially before holidays like Christmas, Valentine's day or so.

The service is great, it's just a little unorganized at times. I always find items that are not on sale mixed in with sale items and its confusing at times. I will still shop here because they usually do have what I am looking for
