I think that for the most part the employees at this particular Michael's location do well to keep their political ideologies to themselves.nevertheless last Saturday afternoon I was given the most foul and deliberate menacing stare down by a radical leftist Michael's employee who should be sent back to customer service skills training. I'll be sure to let the manager know about this outrageous disgusting behavior the next time I go in.absolutely atrocious.

It's a clean store, but the complimentary hand sanitizer is not good. They use the hand sanitizer with ethanol alcohol, which was burning my hands?

I feel as though the store was lacking a lot of detailed items such as modeling paints, vinyl wrap and decals also when I went to the framing department I had to wait a long time for someone to help me and when they did they quoted me high prices supposably on sale $230 plus for a simple 5inch by 34inch custom frame. Madness I certainly won't be back at this location. The store was disorganized on top of that. Very disappointed.

Very little people to help. The store is obviously very popular. Just strange how short staffed the store is. The workers seem to be helpful but not when they have 3 people asking them for help at once. Staff here are friendly though

I love going fir my supplies but there a cashier there that's just rude! Older lady with big glasses.she always has a ugly face on.there only one cashier and it takes forever I was in line for 30 min

None of the associates including the manager care much. Always extremely long lines never enough people checking out. My return took approximately 25 minutes because on my receipt what two items I didn't ask you purchase but was only price checking and only then when I was doing the return did I realize I didn't even see if the items I was charged for.

Cant get enough of this craft store. The people are always friendly. They always have what I want in stock and the pricing is great

I like 2 purchase some of my art supplies here. However there is a limitation as to beading supplies and wish there were more to choose from. There aren't enough beads that have large enough holes for thicker thread/twine projects.

I wnjoy my time whenever I go to this michaels, its super friendly and usually has everything I am looking for and more.

Omg this store is dangerous to go in, I just want to buy everything. There is a lot of good sales and remember to download the app and get some amazing coupons.

Not to good this time I asked for help up front for the wood section no one came so I called on the phone to the store to tell them no one has came then someone came still didnt have what we needed but its ok

Love their Halloween collection and Christmas. Addicted to this store. The guys restocking should be a little more cautious as kids could get hurt.
