We can always find exactly what we need when we visit this location plus a lot more than we actually need. The location is very convenient, easy to get into the store and get out of.

Michael's is a great go-to place for those small things that may be hard to find in other stores. You do want to make sure you use their app and get their daily sales. You can often find 20,30, or even 40% off any regularly priced item in the store. Otherwise, we'll find that glue, for instance can be gotten cheaper at other big box stores.

Love this store. So many items and choices, too bad I am as artistic as a five year old but I like to try things every now and then. Enjoy browsing here. Would come back again if I started a project

A store that has everything. A craft dept, yarn, frames, bead making, art world, wedding decorations, decorative artificial flowers, paper, all waiting for you! Clean, friendly staff to help you out. Located in the Smoke Tree area up from Walgreens on Hwy 111. Have fun!

Michael's is always a fun place to go. Michael's is a dangerous place for me to go, I can spend hours and hours in there. Probably an entire day I don't know. Always good at Michaels. They have amazing sales where things are marked down by 70- 80%. If you like art and crafting Michael's is for you.

Bought paint markers, used one and found they bled everywhere and did not work properly. I went to return them and was met by the 3rd degree and cashier calling his manager. Manager comes running up as if it is an emergency and I asked if all of that was necessary to return markers? The manager then opened all of the markers in front of me to see if I was being honest. I did in fact only use one so she issued the refund. Though, being treated like a criminal for some markers.do better! It's called customer service, don't make people feel unwelcome.

WARNING: late and not done correctly. Waste of time and money. I got attitude for them being clowns. They said the 19th - wasn’t done - they said this afternoon - wasn’t done they said tomorrow and wasn’t don’t. After meeting with the manager - waste of time - she said this afternoon for sure - done but was wrong and she wasn’t on the premises so I couldn’t complaint. Maddison the rude and very unskilled employee framer said she would have the manger - Christal -call me for a refund. Never got it. I will call her tomorrow and then tomorrow and tomorrow after that. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE - Michaels is not the store it use to be - Run by unskilled and uneducated clowns. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

It is very sad that a very few employees make it bad for this place. I had a framing done and one of the employees was plain down right rude. She was very curt in the way she spoke to me. It will be a while before I get another picture framed there. Also the picture frame was not finished on time.

They have a lot of crafting stuff! They have a lot more than anyone can believe seasonal and otherwise.

Pricing is always very confusing what with loyalty programs, coupons, and sales. Why not just set a fair market price and stick with it. Regardless, it's better than Hobby Lobby.

I love to shop at Michael's for all my crafting, painting, and sketching supplies. And for every season. I find that the prices and coupons are better than Joanns.
