Always a great shopping experience. Clean, clear aisles. Lots of products.

I used to shop Michaels a lot. Sometimes their coupons were frustrating. The buy one get another for some %off were horrid because they only had one in stock and they would not order the other one. But the worst is when they started carrying 3rd party stock in their Michael's store. They would send out 30% off regular priced items but not the 3rd party items. The coupon did not state that. Which items on the shelf, in the Michael's store, were not Michaels stock? Hard to tell until you got the item to check out and the coupon did not apply. Many times I found it cheaper to go to that third party vendor and got it cheaper than Michaels. No middleman, Michael's. Michael's needs to be more transparent in their shelf pricing. The nonMichael's items must have that stated on every shelf. I have owned my own stores for 45 yrs and this bait and switch pricing would never be used. Michael's customers be for warned. Lin

Sometimes you just get the right employee at Michael’s and it’s a real good day. Today, the young lady who helped me in the framing department was terrific. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I think their prices are way too high. When I have time to order framing supplies, I do it online and can save about 50% compared to Michael’s. I wish I could say The experience of shopping at Michael’s was worth 50%, but that’s a tough one. Thank you to the cheerful, well-trained, and helpful employees at Michael’s.
