Not a great experience so far. Computers were down when I was there. They wanted me to come back, then they figured out they could take a manual order. Picked up my art only to find out the matting was too small (they ignored the instructions on the order.) Have to wait 2 more weeks. Hope they get it right.

I placed an online order and had to go out of town for a family emergency. I called a couple of days after my pickup time to check if my order was still available. I was put on hold an told my order was still in the back. When I got to Michael's I was told it was no longer available and I would get a refund.
