Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle, Anaheim CA

First wasn’t sure what to think- but heck yeah! Ty was awesome & personable! Great driver & they know their business! Will pick you up from terminal & drop off at terminal! No need for laxit! Better than any shuttle service. Trust in Mickeys shuttle!

Trying to get an Uber to pick up at a Disneyland resort area was difficult at 5am to go to LAX. The hotel gave us Mickey’s info, I called, pick up was a 15 minutes wait without a reservation! Well knowledge with all airports around LA. Traffic at LAX departure was long, would have waited for 30 mins, instead driver dropped us off at Arrivals, took 2 minutes. Great Service!

Got us out of a tight space! Make sure and use them if flying out early, Uber might well leave you flat!

We are a family of 6 (4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant) and arrived to Anaheim by bus at 11: 30pm on Christmas Eve. After many delays and schedule changes. We had a 2 mile trip to get to hotel with 10 pieces of luggage.
We got ahold of Mickey from the transfer train and still had to transfer to bus so we could get to Anaheim. Mickey was very accommodating and met us at bus station to take (All) for final destination. This means he got out of bed so he could meet us.
We called him for trip back to train/bus station and he again accommodated our (this time early) schedule of 6: 30am. He arrived 15 minutes early got us loaded and on our way.
Mickey was very polite and supportive of our needs. I can not express the gratitude we all have for him and his service. I would HIGHLY recommend Mickeys Spaceship Shuttle for anyone that is in need of transportation from Airport, Artic or anywhere else in that area.

Just returned from our trip to Disneyland. We had a group of 15 people, 10 adults and 5 children. I had contacted Mickey’s Space Ship Shuttle a month before our trip, along with several other companies comparing prices. I spoke on the phone with the owner, who gave me round trip pricing for 2 vans, for a 20 minute shuttle ride from the airport to our hotel and back a few days later. I was told it would be $150 per van round trip and cash only, so we brought $300 in cash plus some extra for tip of course. Once we arrived at the hotel, the two drivers were talking with one another in front of us about whether or not this was round trip or one way and of course in the end decided that this was one way. After talking with the drivers about what the owner told me previously, they had him contact me and I immediately received several texts from him calculating different numbers than what we previously were told. This obviously was very annoying and frustrating to deal with on vacation and not something we wanted to stress over. $600 plus 20% tip for a 20 minute drive seemed excessive, especially compared to the other places I received quotes from. Having to let everyone else in the group know they were having to pitch in double what they expected was also pretty frustrating too. All in all, would I use them again or recommend this company? No. The pricing switch last minute really ruined it for me. The shuttles are not worth $600, the car seats are dirty, the drivers were not professional enough for that kind of price. Answering phone calls and hanging up on people while driving us, giving out different pricing to customers that were calling while we’re in the shuttle with him, snarky comments towards our group, it was just a lot and not at all worth the price. I will say that the communication before our trip and the punctuation both to and from was excellent. He got us there and back safely, which is what matters most. I also appreciated that he slightly reduced the trip back’s pricing. Just be careful with this company if you choose to use them and make sure pricing that’s being promised is in writing.

Called Mickey's looking for a shuttle at midnight from LAX, and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. Unfortunately they couldn't arrange a shuttle that late, but he gave me loads of advice for how to manage the situation, which was great because I couldn't get a straight answer anywhere else. Will definitely be giving them our business the next time we have a chance.

Amazing service! 5 of us went to Disneyland last week. We were in good hands with Mickey's Shuttle, which was also the only shuttle that we found for our late arrival. The driver was helpful, polite and prompt. We appreciated the booster seats that were available at no extra cost. Highly recommended!

Was looking for a shuttle for myself to my hotel, want to talk about honesty and outstanding customer service. I was told they would be HAPPY to take me, however they did flat rate and for one person a cab was less expensive, in my case. This is what I call AWESOME. I hope you get ALL the business you can handle guys!

Great ride! Best experience going from Anaheim to LAX. Most important very reliable. The 24-7 Ride was a sham, a terrible service. Unreliable! They cancelled on me at the last minute (around 11: 00 pm, when I was asleep) after receiving a round-trip fee. I was supposed to meet them around 6: 00 am. Micky saved the day for me. I could catch my plane at LAX on time.

We only booked a couple days prior to using Mickey’s Space Ship Shuttle as our other option was overpriced. Mickey’s was a fair price and the service was exceptional. The driver/owner was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable of the area and worked within our needs. We definitely recommend this company! A+

Awesome shuttle company! They got us in last minute. Punctual and organized. Really knew his way around the city. Was a pleasure to chat with. Definitely recommend. We have already booked again for the trip home!
