I went to change the brekas and they told me that I needed new drums and they charged me 800 and when I went to pick up the car that I needed to change the cylinder that the brecas and the drums did not hurt that the damage was in the cylinder

Had a tire pressure warning on my way to work, so I made an appointment for noon to make sure there were no holes or punctures in my tire. The website was super easy to make the appointment, and I got the confirmation email right away.

I took a lunch at work and brought my car in, only to have the two women working at the desk look at me like they didn’t know why I was there, both saying “um, everyone is on lunch, can you bring it back? ” Why would you accept appointments for a time where no one is working? I had to go back to work, since I made my appointment when I could actually get there.

Rude staff, not available during my scheduled appointment. I will not be coming here again. Big thanks to the awesome guys at Auto Zone down the street who helped me out, though!

They came through for me in the pinch price was reasonable that did not deviate once I got there and also the customer service was pretty good Chris was pretty nice guy I think I'll go back there again for the customer service and the prices none of that but they actually fix my car and did a pretty good job of it they didn't leave finger oily fingerprints all over the car you know how you go get your car fixed and the mechanic then left all kind of fingerprints all over the car well that was not the case with Midas so thanks for keeping my car clean guys never really made a difference to me

Called to get a price on a complete exhaust system for my car and was told by a girl on the phone that. "I would need a inspection " at $49.00 prior to getting anything done. I told her I was a mechanic an I knew what I needed she rudely said I had no choice no inspection no service. I'll shop elsewhere! Thank you very little.

An appointment was made for brake pads and to determine if rotors needed replacing. Dropped off on time at 9: 00 with phone call expected in 1 hour for diagnosis. After four hours, I called for an update. Was told it had been evaluated and needed brake pads. No work completed.

No point in having appointment if they aren’t ready for it.

No point in making promises to call, if they won’t bother to call.

Was quoted a 4 hour turn around for the job, and at 4 hours they had done nothing.

Can’t review the service as I picked up my car as they had yet to do anything they had promised. Wasn’t going to trust tech with my car.

When I walked in the manager was dealing with an insurance company's claim that Midas' mistake of putting in the wrong oil filter damaged a previous customers car. As a firm believer in second chances I stayed and that was my mistake.

After making an appointment days before for 12pm for a simple oil change and tire rotation, they said it would take 2 hours. I came back at 2 and the car had not moved from where I parked it.

The manager was flustered saying he would take care of it or compensate me if I came back another day because he "wasn't there" when I came in originally. Only problem with that is that he was at the desk when I checked in, dealing with the insurance company.

Terrible management, and from what I overheard, terrible service as well.

This is the best Midas that I have been too since they closed one on Arden. The manager is great,
The receptionist is great, and the workers or very kind.
And not to forget, the work that they did on my car was amazing!

Went in for wheel bearings on one side found out my car needed more repairs than I was prepared for financially. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to family and friends. Great customer service! The manager Adam, Technicians: Chris, Ray, and Lonzo. Thanks guys.

This is the best place in town They only do what's needed they don't try to sell you more than what you need

Car having to be towed in due to theft of parts off my vehicle. Once arrived they insured me they would handle with insurance adjuster and not to worry. And they did just that! Thank you Midas!

I’ve been coming to this Midas shop since moving here five years ago, first with my old Malibu, then with my new Jeep. I’m so glad I made this choice. The service has always been impeccable! I wouldn’t think of talking my Jeep to any other shop.

Nick was very helpful, knowledgeable, and from what I can tell, honest. He applied multiple discounts, went over the details and explained what was necessary and what could wait and applied no pressure. Quality of work seems to be great and have had zero issues to date. Highly recommend!
