Total rip off.
I went to them for my last oil change and just found out that they charged me and likely didn't even do anything. The old filter was still on my car 3k+ miles later with a rusty rim and incredibly nasty black oil that was nearly run dry! They also said they topped the rest of my fluids, even though my power steering was left empty.
