The guys at this particular Midas location are AMAZING! Ruben and the homies fixed my car up real nice. It hasn't ran this well since I first bought it. They were honest about pricing and helped me get a Midas card to pay for my repairs. Super nice, really knowledgeable and HONEST HONEST HONEST! They have a small play area for the kids, and a snack vending machine and their restroom is very clean as well. All around wonderful experience, these guys are the only foos I'll trust my car with.

Charge 80$ for a oil change an wouldn't use my new sealed mobil 1 oil oil & filter.said they don't use customers parts then I said ok I want mobil 1 an they said they don't carry it tryed to sell me oil from an unmarked container

A couple months ago my clutch went bad. I took it to Midas-Norwalk, Ca. The service was excellent! I no longer have issues, and the whole crew was excellent, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you Ruben and crew for the excellent experience. Midas-Norwalk is my place to go! There should be more Automotive places who are as trusting and knowledgeable! GO MIDAS-NORWALK!

I like midas. They do good work good job on your vehicles just wish they would send out coupons or give you more of a discount on things.

This is one place that has my absolute trust with honest diagnosis and affordable pricing. Very thankful to have encountered such a gem.

This place is the best auto repair place that I know of, and I have used a lot of other no name places. Ruven and Benjamin are so professional, when we take our cars for anything from water pumps, to oil changes they are on it. We have never ever had to take our cars back after repairs,
because it was not fixed right like some places that have these mechanics who either don't really know what they are doing or they are there just for a check the Midas mechanics are knowledgeable and reliable. It is not near where I live but I will drive just for the service, and the fun atmosphere.

We appreciate how fast they did the oil change, to got us back on the road to El Paso. I will recommend them to all travelers. Five stars from me!

Needed to have a check engine light deleted after the gas cap was replaced. They were efficient and deleted quickly.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my fleet vehicle. Was told to bring it in as early as possible to shorten my wait time to about 45 minutes. When I arrived, I was told I’d be waiting for 2-3 hours. Nothing but excuses when I asked what the point of having me come in early was. Complete waste of time. Terrible business practice. I should’ve read the other reviews first.

They fixed it but way too expensive. If I thought it was something other than the catalytic converter I would have took it someplace else

Came to Midas at 15130 Whittier Blvd in Whittier, Ca 91603 There was a Gentleman’s by name of ASH who was real nice and informational. Woman if you come here ask for him. I had him check my back brakes on my car because they where making noises. He came back explained and show what was wrong with them an answer all question with no problem. It was my rotors in back need turning so ladies if your looking for honest, woman friendly person To work on your brakes come see him.

I have taken my car to the Norwalk store several times in the last couple of years and they've done a great job each time. The staff is very nice and does a great job explaining any issues with my car.

Horrible customer service they don't greet you when up come in. I waited an hour and still couldn't get help because they were watching a soccer game SMH.you guys are the worst I will never come back with any vehicle nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Beware they move at their own pace. Go Elsewhere

Very good friendly great customer service. Very clean bathrooms. They have a T. V.so customers can which it while you wait for your car.

Don't come 1 hour before they close, because all the employees will shut you off like you don't exist. They are rude dishonest. Never taking my car again. It's like the employees don't like working there at time. Should of gone to school fellow comrades.

They did my rear brakes on pioneer and Rosecrans my back of my truck started smoking smelling like brake pads they said It needs a master cylinder but not true the brakes were not adjusted right "too tight " and its a shame that midas is known to be brake experts but I got them adjusted at another place problem fixed by the way I got the quote for 595.00 $ to replace the master cylinder "smh" but its OK personal are. Great it happens that I was one of those unhappy customers
