Rico, a true professional, assisted me with my leaky drain pan caused by a stripped screw. He was incredibly honest and demonstrated excellent communication by showing me what was going on and explaining the problem to me in detail. Moreover, he offered a solution that involved using a larger screw, which he executed flawlessly and without charge. That made me feel good, like they take care of their customers and are not just about the money. As a long-time customer who has been coming here for years for repairs and oil changes, I can attest to the consistently high levels of honesty and professionalism exhibited by staff, particularly Rico. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service.

I have actually never come here before but I got a flat tire and my friend said this was a good place to go. I was kind of impressed with the people here. They were friendly, they took care in cleaning up the coffee area and talking positively to their co-workers. When my car was being serviced they brought me out to show the possible things that needed to be done on my car so I could understand what they were stating were issues. I felt little to no pressure to do anything and they worked with me too on the price to finish the job. I really appreciated the service and the people who worked there. I will definitely come back again when I have an issue.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and they finished in about an hour where normally I would wait 3-4 hours at my dealership with an appointment. I knew I was due for other maintenance services because I reached a bit over 100,000 miles. I was in dire need of tires in which (I forgot his name) but one of the employees was able to recommend a reliable brand and replaced/aligned them for me. Thank you everyone at Midas!

The Manager Nico was extremely knowledgeable and gave me extensive explanations on exactly what was going on with my 2013 Audi A4. I've been to a handful of Midas locations including both Ohio, Michigan and now California and the service at this location definitely lives up to Midas brand and standard!

This place has great customer service and is honest, fast, and great value. Rico runs a first class shop and Azul takes superb care of the customers.

Manager was so helpful! Scary when your tire goes flat on the freeway and kids in the car. Perfect location right off freeway. Manager came out and personally helped with tire. Very fast and great service.

We came in December 3.2022 we met Jacob he was fantastic. We had both our cars oil change very professional very nice. Customer service was excellent! The shop was very clean. After my Catalytic Converter was stolen, I didn't know where to take my vehicle to have it replaced. I've had my vehicle serviced once before at Midas, and after thinking about the stellar service I recieved, taking my vehicle back to Midas was a no-brainer. Thank you Midas for the extraordinary service on replacing my Catalytic Converter. You have an awesome team of mechanics at this location. I took my truck here for an oil change. They also patched a hole in my tire. The customer service was great, however, my tire continued going flat after the patch. I took it to a mechanic and they sad the patch was not done correctly and once a patch is done incorrectly the only thing they could do was replace the tire. So a $20 patch from Midas turned into a $220 issue.
