I walked in and it was like walking into heaven. They took better care of me than my mom. 10/10 would recommend this spot! They got my car fixed and I was back on the road in no time!

I had My brake pads changed as well as an oil change and they caught another issue that I had no idea I had with my car and I am very grateful Jared was very nice and professional I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a car repair

Jared at Midas was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Service was replacing our motor mounts. This was our 2nd time to this shop, both experiences were very good, we'll be back again next time we need a repair (hopefully that will be along time from now LOL)

I had a great experience with Midas at 4 431 16th Street you got some great workers customer service was wonderful and they come in and explain everything to you nothing like the other Midas that I was going to on Florin Road

Death shakes down the I5 grape vine. Next morning scheduled repair was done in a little over two hours. Saved me days of lost time on my trip to Anchorage. Needed new rotors and pads as the ones I had were warped and when hot after braking with trailer they shock my truck violently. Now in Canada driving in snow with a trailer and my brakes are working great.

Had a great experience- having owned my own shops I’m always reluctant to try a new one. These guys did a great job and had me out the door rather quickly - 2 thumbs up!

Jared was very helpful. I had a screw in my tire and needed a replacement. Unfortunately they did not have my size, he offered to patch the tire to hold us over. Very helpful and kind. Thank you Jared for all your help and making this an easy process.

I got some basic servicing done. It was done quickly and for a good price. Buuut the guy that works the front desk is so rude that I'll never go back.

They were able to diagnose my car in under 20 minutes to determine that it was good to go! They were super helpful and kind, even though I’m no car genius. They are awesome and open Saturdays. I’m def coming back!

I brought car in because breaks were squeaking they said it was due to cracked front break pads. $400 for only front break pads ($116) and they said they would do rotor resurfacing, thats it, no rotors just pads. Paid $280 for labor! I cant wrap my head around the math it took 1 hour to get car finished…. So I called firestone afterwards they said they charge $270 for breakpads and labor total. Oh and the best part is my front brakes are still squeaking! I learned a lesson today hope you guys shop around. I got taken to the cleaners. Dont come to Midas.
